I am the owner and founder of North Yorkshire based Moliorgreen Architecture Limited and Paul Smith Property Development Limited. In addition, I lecture at Leeds Beckett University in construction and economics.
I have spent over 30 years working in the commercial sector in a range of design and construction led disciplines from advertising and marketing to magazine publishing. My current business interests include architecture, construction and property development.
In addition to honours degrees in architectural technology from Leeds Beckett University and economics from the University of West London, I have also studied business administration at Cranfield University and Ashridge Business School.
Why I got involved
I have spent over 30 years working with institutes and professional bodies serving the Construction, Accountancy, HR, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Marketing professions to name but a few. It is clear to me that such organisations are only as strong as their membership is active. Getting involved with my own professional institute at regional and national level was an easy decision. I now sit on the central finance committee as Hon. Treasurer in addition to my regional role as CPD Coordinator.
